When I was a child my mother took care of a blind boy so I wanted to know what he went through on the normal and did an experiment with the society for the blind learning to go through one day in the shoes of the blind. I did this excersise to learn what the day of a blind person is like with a class about blindness and living in the dark world. I had 2 pieces of round cardboard circled patches glued to my eyes to cover the eyes entirely so that I saw no light enter at all. Then I used a cane to walk around for twenty four hours as a blind man and there was always an escort to see I didn't get hurt. Man what an exhilarting feeling of relief to come out of the world of darkness back into the light since then I have respected the blind and what they go through on a daily basis. Try it u'll never be the same again and u 'll learn to be more compassionate of disabled people and their disabilities.

Get some real dark wrap around sunglasses and a walking stick.

Sharpen a knife, and give yourself two quick pokes to the eyes. That should do the trick!
