Can mean two things--- you may be drop dead gorgeously beautiful or you may dress or act less than a lady and they see you as a potential piece of a____. I don't know you but you know the answer. Look in a mirror and if you aren't the fairest in the land then its the other reason. One other possibility. You may be an out spoken joking person and some may interpreted as a come on to further things.

That depends. Are you giving out good boob and *** shots? What are you wearing? Guys love to look at whores. If you are dressed respectfully then yeah you are probably hot.

Oh, get over yourself. Concentrate on your personality and maybe people (women as well as guys) will like you better. I'm sure you think you look better than you do. Remember, there will always be somebody who looks better.

Well, not necessarily, but maybe. Let's say if that you were severely overweight - people might look out of fascination.
