I've seen a few, but they didn't really help me..the ones i've been to pretty much say the same thing..are there any good websites that actually help the patients with this disorder? thank you so much in advance for your answers :)

Read more self-improvement books as well.
7 habits of highly effective teens by sean covey is good. Awaken the giant within by anthony robbins is another good one. I highly recommend you to take up sometime to read them. All the best.

GO TO www.about.com and go to newsletters and go threw until you see either mental health or depression. Its very helpful.
