register and dive in...
I have never regretted it...and have saved a ton of bills by not having to take my PC in for repairs...

I use Sitepoint.com all the time and get quality responses. They have more rules and more moderators than Yahoo to weed out the bad.

Try dslreports.com. They have a very responsive group of people with several different forums that are very active.
