I met a girl I can stare into her eyes all day and tell what shes thinking or how she feels and get turned on I just want to look into her eyes forever shes the same with me. I get get butterflies goosebumps and VERY emotional its better than any drug! My other girlfriends I did not want to do this at all even though I thought I loved them. I rather look at their body! Is this being in love?

I'm going to get all scientific about this. Your body is releasing a chemical called Phenylethylamine (PEA). That's what makes you feel all tingly and get butterflies and mushy inside.
It does not mean you are in love, it means you are infatuated. Love comes after years of knowing somebody and developing a deep bond that lasts through hell or high water. Just enjoy this while it lasts. It is a great feeling. It is better than a drug because it actually IS a drug, but it is a natural drug your body releases, similar to methamphetamines. Enjoy it and treat the lady good and things should be great.

It is defiantly that 'in love' experience we all look for! This is a really great time and you should enjoy it and learn all there is to know about this girl. Be warned that 'in love' experience will wear off, my advice is to make sure you have a solid relationship when it does. Relationships like this have a tendency to be very painful when coming to an end so also be very careful. That is if that is indeed what you are looking for. This type of relationship can also lead to the best thing in life, a happy marriage that last forever!

Sounds as if it could be, however remember love moves on and changes as the months pass, I don't mean for the worse, I've been married over 7 years and we love each other more each day, although we no longer stare into each others eyes on a daily basis. Hang on to what you've got as believe me it only gets better.

I believe so! OR it could be very deep lust. It's a thin line. You'll know when you cannot wake up or go to sleep w/o thinking about her, and when a love song comes on and you automatically think of her, or when you see a traffic accident on the side of the road and call her just to make sure she's ok....

if you really have to ask, then no. only you will know. no one can really describe love without feeling it. don't depend on other's opinions of love, especially in todays culture of common divorcing and switching lovers. you have to set your own standards and you'll know at the right time. the only real qualifying question you could ask your self is if you want to spend the rest of your life with this one and only person
