Is it really a 'backlog' as in they haven't gotten to it yet but will as fast as they can, or is it that there are caps on how many can come each year, to protect our schools and services, and you are waiting for the year when your number will have priority?

Because there is a difference.

If it is really a backlog, I think they are trying to address that now, without any special bill.

Congress should make the deportation of 12 million illegal aliens
