I dont know where i would go or even what to say, so if anyone has had this dilema before please help me decide the best way to go about getting a professional to check it out. Do i just go to a family doctor? Or do i go see a professional? If so what kind of professional? Sorry for the long post, but idk where else to turn. LMAO Anywho if you have any comments please share.

Since you have had this for "a while now" it does not seem like it is something serious. It is likely an arthritis with a little DJD to boot. If you want to see a medical doctor, try to see an Ortho. If you want alternative medicine go to a good chiropractor. Either way, 2 views of a plain film X-ray will speak volumes about what you may have. If that does not provide enough information than you could always do the MRI route. But it sounds like you should see someone.

properly the three,000 to 3,a hundred RPM at shifts sounds approximately proper finding on how complicated you're pushing the accelerator. while parked down hill and you haven't any longer used the park brake you're against the parking pawl and it is frequently complicated to shift from park and would kinda clunk or bang a sprint doing so. while shifting from independent or park to opposite or force each so often there's a jerk or clunk because of the fact the force line is slacking off and then going tight in opposite guidelines, or in basic terms going from slack to tight. additionally 4 wheel force autos like the explorer have some slack outfitted into the force lines so as that it is not too tight for the 4 wheel force gadget and reason 4 wheel force subject concerns. there is not any longer plenty monitoring on the transmission if any in any respect as far as fault subject concerns pass so which you would be able to by no potential see a delicate of any variety on the sprint whether the transmission have been to fully outright fail. I certainly have not considered a transmission situation set off the examine engine ("engine" no longer the transmission) gentle. A Ford tech may be waiting to hook as much as the transmission and spot a controversy yet no longer likely, a try force could be plenty extra effective. i could save driving it for a at an identical time as and stay away from paying the a hundred and sixty greenbacks until eventually you're advantageous there's a situation, or you would be able to spend a hundred and sixty greenbacks and locate out no longer something. additionally it truly is approximately time to have the fluid and clear out replaced on the transmission besides so i could try this first and spot if the situation is going away. i comprehend the e book says 80-100K on transmission service yet finding on how the automobile has been pushed it needs finished quicker each so often.

You would want to see an Orthopaedist. Your family doctor can recommend a good one in your area. I had 8 herniated thoracic discs and that is who I had to see. Just explain to them that you have a history of DDD in your family and that you are having problems with your back and you want to find out what is going on.

I would start with my family Doctor and explain whats bothering you and him recommend a specialist. You will want to have your back X-Rayed before anyone starts pulling, twisting or probing or cracking it.

When you back is involved you can't be to careful as it could involve you Spinal Cord. Which could be extremely serious.

if your back hurts then you should go check it out because there is no reason to think it might go away and be done with. i would go to a specialist because a doctor is only going to recommend you to a specialist anyway. plus it runs in your genetics so i hope you r ok.
please give me points :)

The answer seems pretty obvious to me... Go to your doctor... that is what they're there for. If it is serious, they will refer you to a specialist.
