Obviously the person who said "suck it up" doesnt have kids or has never had to fight for them. Sometimes believe it or not the system doesnt always favor the good person. Sometimes the lying sack of S@#t can pay for what he wants or has a natural talent for lying. Sometimes he's blowing the judge. People are people and just because they are in a postion of authority doesnt make them all knowing. Maybe you had a crappy lawyer and need to find a new one? In the mean time keep busy doing something you love. Try obsessing on something healthy. Move closer if you want time with your kids. Find a better lawyer and a private dick and get dirt on that SOB so you can get your babies back! Unless you are seriously an unfit mother you should be at least able to have joint custody. The only part you should suck up, is your hatred and try your hardest to get along. It is the hardest thing to do but once he realizes he cant control you anymore, even with the kids, it will be easier to deal with him. That has been my experience anyway. Good luck!

Wow, 15 years is a long time. The kids are old enough to speak up to their dad and the court and tell them that they want to see you. Give it some time. Just don't make a big scene because that will not help your case. If the kids want to see you they will find a way.

Him throwing you and your newborn out mutually as having an affair will purely help your case, yet of course this additionally needs to be documented. some judges are completely by making use of the e book and others will hear to reason. as long as you are able to tutor each and every thing you have mentioned right here you ought to be only large. :)

Keep in touch with your children. I'm not sure of your circumstances but in my state a mother only loses her children if she is not providing adequately for them (or if he has more money for an attorney). Even though they live with their father, they just won't forget about you. Personally, I'd move to Fla. because that's where my heart would be.

Try to look at the big picture, what is best for the kids. Let them know you love them & will always be there for them. Then make sure to keep your word. Good Luck!
