hy. i'm 22 and i'm also married wiht one child. i know how you feel sometimes it's so hard to balance everything in our life especially since we are so young. i've been married since i was 17 and i had my son at 18. i didn't want to have another baby because i felt that i wasn't going to be able to handle it and i bet that it is pretty hard. sometimes i also feel like i need to talk to somebody that is in the same situation that i am. don't get me wrong i, like i know you, love my son but there are some things that i can't do anymore because of my son and husband. there are alot of girs our age that enjoy doing things that we sometimes can't do. i know i missed out on alot because i got married so young. i don't want to go on and on with my problems because i know that you have some too and you don't need to hear other peoples problem. you can talk to me and i'll be glad to help you anyway that i can.

I'm going to be thirty next month and have two kids youngest has Autism, being a single parent isn't easy and quite stressful wouldn't trade a single second of it though. What helps me is writing I can vent and release my tension without letting my little ones see it. Pick a hobby or anything that helps you wind down without compromising time with everyday needs and assists you in finding inner peace and quiet.

I'm 35, two kids, full-time job, lots of stress, HATE working, which creates more stress. Sorry I'm not your age, and you probably stay home with your kids. I'm depressed b/c I have to work. Probably a stupid thing to be depressed aboutl, but when all I ever wanted to do was stay home, it's really hard to get up everyday and go to a job you hate. Why are you depressed?

I'm not 20, but certainly remember those days.

1. Find time to exercise. Seriously. It sounds old-fashioned, but human beings need to get physical exercise to be happy.

2. Realize that having preschool kids is a tough gig, and that it wont' last forever. In fact, someday you'll realize that it didn't last long at all.

good that you want to burst out to some one..... but i can say the best partner would be your wife..... coz she is your better half... so please take her out not for any expensice hotels just a park or beach side walk would also do... open your heart and let her see the pains you've got... and also be a good listener to heal her problems too.... in this way you can be wise enough not to reveal your problems to others too.... always seek your family first for all the things.....

a good amount of prayer can also put you back on track...
sometimes silence does wonders and that when you are alone...
Good Luck!
