Hey! They don't live long,no worries.You really never notice you even have them.Cooties never cause harm to us either.You can't see them or feel them or hear them.But great fun can be had in catching them.You do nothing to get rid of them,they'll disappear on their own.Have fun & be safe.

Touch a person on the shoulder and say, "Cooties, no rebounds".
That will give that person the Cooties and makes you immune for 24 hours.

First of all you'll need a cootie catcher. What's a cootie anyway? Or you could ask them nicely to leave. That works for me when I get ants!

Do you mean cooties as in head lice?
There are over the counter treatments and you will need a nit come to get out all the lovely eggs they might have laid as well as the shampoo is harsh on the scalp...
Don't forget to wash everything in the house that might harbor them or they may come back:)
Cooties are cute but irritating creatures...most people share them: )

The only way to truely get rid of cooties:
1. Spin in a circle COUNTER CLOCKWISE twice as many times as you are old.
2. Stand on your RIGHT foot only.
3. Hop THREE times.
4. Hop ONE more time but this time SWITCH feet (Hope onto your left foot)
5. Hop THREE times.
6. Stand on both feet again.
7. Spin in a circle CLOCKWISE twice as many times as you are old.
Works every time ;)

Give yourself a nice dip. Hose down the house, too. Burn the bedding and all upholstered furniture and start with new. And, oh, you have to wear pine tar for the rest of your life to prevent further infestation or is it infection.
