On the Colorwheel the most complementary family of colors would be something in the green family. Anything from Seafoam to Rich Deep Greens will work. You can put almost any color with any other color and have a color scheme to come together. It's when you start to add the third or 4th color that things can become very complicated.
Black is also a very good color with peach, a bit more contemporary, but still a very good and anchoring color.
Any color you pick will work. Take a look at the color wheel for tips on selecting which colors contrast and compliment each other.
You can even do a monochromatic color scheme and keep all of your colors in the peach family from pastel to intense rich clay or rich brown family.
You might look around first for accessories or curtains and see if something will work with the peach you are choosing and get inspiration from those items.
Good Luck. Peach is a great color to work from because everyone looks great next to Peach.

Use 2 or 3 shades of green with the peach. And also use some dark peach with hints of rust or red so the kit will not be bland with the peach and oak.A mint and kelly green will look nice with the black ,peach, and oak. Have fun!

I would go with a chocolate brown. That may sound odd being you have a black granite countertop, but trust me, the brown will bring out the flecks in the black granite. I would also use ivory with it. Good luck!~

If you want a country/traditional look - go with a pure white (any yellow will look muddy against the peach) and a sky or baby blue that's of the same depth as the peach.
If you want a more modern look - try a cool blue-white and a deep charcoal grey

Think of the color of a peach fruit---they sometimes have a splash of reddish orange over the peach color. I would suggest also the color of the leaves--some mid-green color....
Life is peachy!!
