Neither, if you think the person is ugly or if they treat you badly than they are not the right person for you to be with. If I had to pick one i would wish to be treated well because a nice marriage is better than a bad one with a pretty person. A person making you happy is better than a person being pretty. But like I said before I wouldn't choose either.

I'd rather be treated good. Appearence means nothing without the personality to back it up. Attitude can make a person ugly. No matter how nice they look - it's never a good thing to have someone tearing you down PERIOD!

Anyone who treats me bad would become very ugly very quickly in my eyes. Similarly, someone who treats me nice will radiate their beauty from within and I would grow to find them beautiful. People inevitably grow on you with time, so someone who is nice would grow on your positively and could only look better and better, whereas someone who is good looking on the outside, but treats you poorly will only go downhill. I'd rather see improvement over time than decline.

it basically depends on how shallow a person you are, if you are superficial you will always choose the arm candy. if you are actually looking for someone who accepts you for you and treats you good then you will go with ugly. I have had both, and as I get older I realize tha beauty fades, but honestly being a good person never fades

Treats me good. There's no such thing as a truly ugly person if they have a soft center. Plus, I LOATHE with a passion cuteness with a sour inside. They are EVIL.

Are you kidding? If you have any respect for yourself, you don't let anyone treat you badly, no matter what they look like. There are plenty of people in this world who are decent people and who DON'T have to hide in paper sacks to have sex.
