I just need alittle info on DNA testing??

His mother is the best bet not the neice . You can take a dna test called Grandparents Testing. He is a close match to his mom so if you are his it will show up.

Yes his mother can take a dna test with you. It would be best if his mother did anyways. Is your birth father not willing to take the test?

yes his mom can do a DNA test but DNA doesn't mean anything, love is the true answer. It depends on weather or not he is willing to be your father. If he doesn't want to be than go to your REAL family thath has been loving you for as long as you can remember weather it's your birth mom or adoption parents. you belong with someone who truly wants to take care of you and love you as a parent!!!

His mother would have some of the same genetic markers as him. I've seen on talk shows before where they have tested a child against a grandparent. So yes, his mother could do the test to see if you do belong to him. Good luck!

I dont know how that works for sure but all you need is just a hair from him or even a tooth brush and they can get the DNA from them.

No, in order to be proven that he is your father he would have to take the DNA test.

how do you know he's your birth father? did your mom tell you ... did you ask why he feels your not his? you can do dna testing with hair now, so you would need a hair folicle from his brush and or an old tooth brush ... his mom should help you out.

What do you hope to accomplish?
If he is denying that you are his now, do you think he will welcome you with open arms after you force his family to take a blood/DNA test?

Why would you want to prove that the man who just rejected you IS your father?
Unless you are wanting money, let it go. You'll be better off.
So the tests proves you are his child...it's really going to hurt when he still doesn't want to know you.
