When we are born, we are born helpless. We really entirely on our parents and loved ones for knowledge and learning of the world around you. It is here where we are taught our parents beliefs. So at an early age, we are taught to believe what our parents were taught to believe. And so on and so on, though out the years.

Will we ever have the courage to think for ourselves?

Please read my words carefully:
If you see footmark in the sand, you'll say that someone passed from here...
If you see a piece of dog sh*t on the ground, you'll say that a dog passed from here...
So what about the enormous universe, the sky, stars, planets, earth and all the beauty in it, doesn't it lead to that someone made it?!!!

Some people say that everything is created by itself after the big-bang... I won't ask you about what caused the big-bang, but I'll ask you a simple question:
If you take all the letters of the alphabet, multiples of them, and you threw them randomly on the floor. Do you expect (by a chance of one in infinity) to get a poem like shakespear's??!!

Can't you see how organized our universe is, the planets, the eco-system on earth, look even in your own body... Can you control your heart-beat? Can you control your breath while you're sleeping? Who stopped your eye-lashes from growing after reaching a certain length? Who told the baby turtles to move towards the sea and not to the earth after they come out of their eggs? Who taught the bird how to make nests?

My friend, think with your heart and brain. If you're still lost, think about the following:

Do you know how to play safe?
Your point:
If there's no God and you do all what you want in life, then nothing will happen to you after life. But if there was God and you were mistaken, then you'll blame yourself FOREVER...

Believer's point:
If there's God and I followed His commands in life, then I'll be in Heaven after life FOREVER. But if there was no God and we're mistaken, then nothing bad will happen to us after life...

Now you know how to play-safe, in case you're not convinced?

If you remember our fathers came here for religious freedom. Don't you think during all that oppression they had to live under that they were praying asking God to help them to be able to serve Him without fear and threats. Don't you think the God of all wisdom had enough love and goodness in Him to direct His people to a land where they could have religious freedom and worship in truth and raise Godly families and bring forth fruit to the God of all Joy and Truth. Don't you think the God that created the heaven and the earth and all things that are therein has a daily part in our lives to bring forth good things into our lives.Open your eyes man!

Every culture in every age has had a concept of a higher being, some one calling all the shots. History, baby. And maybe they are thinking for themselves. Just because they've come to a different conclusion than you doesn't mean they are not thinking for themselves. You believe you are the only Atheist?

I already do. I was raised in a Pentecostal church. My grandfather was the minister. I DO NOT believe in GOD. Go figure. I do have a close relationship with my spirit guide and believe strongly in the Creator. So yes, we can think for ourselves.

I wish I could believe in God.I was much happier when I thought there was more to life than just...life.I mean, life sucks, then we die and then nothing. So all we have is life sucking.Which means everything sucks. At least those that believe in God are a bit happier in the belief that someday, after they die, things will no longer suck.

I still believe in God because He's still real. I do still believe what my parents taught me, because they were RIGHT.
