I am speaking from personal experience, a Treadmill is the best exercise equipment that I bought. You have so many different options; incline for toning muscles, speed-it has definitely been my best investment. They have so many on the market I am sure you will be able to one that is priced reasonably.

I would say the best piece of exercise equipment i own is a treadmill! Its just wonderful!!

I would go to play it again sports. They sell used equipment.

depending on where you are, take your pick from argos. they're the best on cheap good quality excercise equipment.
