I take immunosuppressive drugs because of an organ transplant. I suggest drinking lots of water (yes, water). If you get tired of lots of water, drink juice. Not concentrated juice, since it has lots of "the bad kind" of sugar, but natural juice. Also another suggestion, if you do drink soda (even diet soda), try to limit it as much as you can. Soda (even diet soda) is a dehydrator, not a rehydrator. Hope it helps.

add a little lemon juice (the real kind) to your water.

celery juice is good for hydration,,juice celery in juicer.
