I have done it more than once on the Atkins diet. Actually, 20 in 20. Steak and eggs! and salad with blue cheese. NOTHING else. That keeps my carbs below 25 a day.

It's possible and temporary. Doing that can lead to serious health problems. You may be thin in 15 days, but in a month an organ could fail.

- Doing this is extremely unhealthy as you are putting your body at risk. You are not eating the right foods that will provide you with the recommended nutrient intakes. If you lack nutrients, you will lack energy.

No, not without starving yourself and more. That is so unreasonable to think of doing that I can't believe you'd ask. Losing weight is a way of life.
Changing how you eat, live and what you eat and drink and everything. It takes time. A lot of time and a lot of effort. Lbs. that are lost quickly are gained back quickly and harms you rather than helps you. What you can do is drink a lot of water and no soda. Eat veggies, fruit, small portions of lean, unprocessed meat and no white flour products. No sugar or sweets and no, not even aspertane or that other stuff that will burn your brain cells out. Then walk or run or whatever you enjoy doing, physically. Then you will loose some weight and you will feel good about what you have done and you won't worry about a number, just your health. good luck.

Its is possible but it depends on how overweight you are. If you only have 15 lbs to lose. Your chances of losing 15 in 15 days are slim to none.

what an unhealthy thing to try out 15 in 15 or 20 in 20 neither's good for your health...

your bladders & kidneys will be tortured. do you know how much your cutting down your life expectancy? what happens after your kidney then your bladder then your liver goes? and once you lose your liver...

...why do you think it's called liver? you can't survive without it!!

IT IS NOT HEALTHY...please don't listen to what other people are telling you. Atkins is not healthy, and starving yourself is not healthy. Weight loss of 2 pounds per week is recommended.
