Hey have you ever known a person so well that you already knew what they were going to do before they did it?..and if so did that mean that you controlled what they did? The point I am making is free will does exist even though God knows what we will do that does not mean that he forces us to do it. When being tempted we have a choice and God always provides a way out for us, we do not have to act on the temptation if he provided a way out therefore a choice therefore free will

Actually, God only created Adam and Eve and gave them everything they needed for a perfect existence. Some say this means he knowingly knew they were going to sin. Couldn't he choose to let events unfold on their own. Besides, free will just means we choose what we want to do, so it's not God's fault. In the Bible at Deuteronomy 30; 19 he even requests the Israelites to choose life, if only they'll keep his commandments. A father has a right to make rules and that's what we need for a peaceful existence or otherwise there would be total chaos. Not all christians beleive in hellfire, but the Lake of fire is called the second death, so there is no hope of resurrection or existence when one is thrown into it. The word torment can mean to be imprisoned and that's what's going to happen to the devil , the false prophet , wild beast, and all who choose rebellion against God. Jesus called this place Gehenna, which many misinterpret as hell, but was actually a valley of Hinnom outside of Jerusalem. Trash was burned there along with the DEAD bodies of criminals who were considered unfit for a burial in a memorial tomb. A God of love would never torture people for eternity.

Being All knowing does not necessarily mean being all controlling. He gave you FREE WILL out the choices you get from Him. A Blessing and A Curse. A blessing if you follow His commandments. A curse if you choose to go the other way. There is a right way and a wrong way. He knows what you are going to receive from him out of the choices you make in your life. Whatever choice you do will be the fate you choose to happen.
You are not a pawn being placed on a spot He wills. Divine design is a deception coming from evil thoughts that was implanted into the mind of the innocents. Intellgence was a gift of God for you to make your own choice in life.

relies upon on what's implied by making use of the "all-understanding" characteristic. using fact the destiny has not passed off yet, you will declare that omniscience applies purely to the contemporary and the previous. Then unfastened will is a threat. yet whilst God is outdoors of spacetime, such obstacles don't be conscious and if so, all we've left is an phantasm of unfastened will. yet it particularly is a minor problem; the finished concept of unfastened will relies upon on such somewhat some logical howlers and unwarranted metaphysical presuppositions that the existence (or nonexistence) of an omniscient God is the least of its issues. EDIT@????? : No, it does not make experience. If he knows my selection ahead of time, using fact of this I *can not* pick in a diverse way, and for this reason, my unfastened will is barely an phantasm. EDIT@many of the above posters. With all due appreciate, good judgment does not seem to be your stable experience. i prefer to advise taking introductory training in complication-unfastened philosophy and formal good judgment; you will not be apologetic approximately it and your responses might seem much less asinine. For now, evaluate your term papers failed. EDIT@Doozlebong: stunning! i appreciate your staying power and sparkling head.

Creation of Man
It was clay and water with which God created Carl Sagan, the seed of living beings and among living beings, God created man. With an independent self, to put him in the test and to see, how he responds independently to the Commandments of The God, The Lord Almighty.
It was a perfect creation, with a perfect free discretion. God blessed him with a female to raise tribes and generations and to spread them on the earth and to address them always through The Lords messengers. God ordained for him and for his dependents a day of judgement and created heavens of his own choice and hells against his choice. So, O the Mankind! Always choose Gods will to be safe, because between God and you there is no one to affect the judgement of your Lord.
Listen to the Lord! All the tribes, generations and people. God blessed you with freedom of choice and captured you from the top of your head after your creation. God ordained death to declare the end of the test. Nothing is like this but the test ordained for you by your God, The All Able Lord.
Evil men and women always attempt to gain prosperity through negative decisions. That’s why; they commit sins and break the law__ of course, all wrong. The book of their deeds is the record of their life___ and is nothing but evil and evilish (devilish) acts. These men and women will gain nothing but loss here and hereafter.
Righteous men and women always attempt to gain prosperity through positive decisions. That’s why they commit good deeds, follow all kind of laws of humanity and are not a hindrance for anyone. The book of their deeds is the record of their life___ by the will of the Lord___ good deeds. These men and women will gain prosperity by the will of the God__ Our Lord, here and hereafter.
God created everything, the whole universe and then created ‘you’ and gave you the knowledge of good and bad. So do good, because God wants you to do good to meet the good of God.

You're correct, it can't.
>God is omniscient. When he created the universe, he saw the sufferings which humans would endure as a result of the sin of those original humans. He heard the screams of the damned. Surely he would have known that it would have been better for those humans to never have been born (in fact, the Bible says this very thing), and surely this all-compassionate deity would have foregone the creation of a universe destined to imperfection in which many of the humans were doomed to eternal suffering. A perfectly compassionate being who creates beings which he knows are doomed to suffer is impossible.<
"God says do what you wish, but make the wrong choice and you will be tortured for eternity in hell. That, sir, is not free will. It would be akin to a man telling his girlfriend, 'Do what you wish, but if you choose to leave me, I will track you down and blow your brains out.' When a man says this we call him a psychopath and cry out for his imprisonment/execution. When a god says the same, we call him loving and build churches in his honor."

Tell me how you believe there is free will in the first place. I see nothing in my studies of physics, neurology, biology, mathematics, or computational theory that would allow free will to arise from the turing-complete structure of our brains.

KNOWING and CONTROLLING are 2 very different things! God knows all things - past, present, and future. But God gave us free will - He allows us to make our own decisions (although He already knows what we will choose before we choose it.)

Just because God KNOWS what we will do doesn't mean there is no free will.
It is not FORCING ... forcing a decision would negate free will.
