You need some good protein to build muscle. You can get enough to live on with a vegan diet but if you want to get more muscle, you need to add some fish or something at least.

yes you will at first, but you also need to add protein to help build up the muscle and to give you more energy. you'll get tired real quick without protein. and also if you dont eat enough calories, your body will start eating the muscle and retaining any fat it gets because it will think its in starvation mode. so eat protein, fruits, and vegs, and dont be in too much of a rush..stay focused and you'll get there.good luck

protein is required. if you don't want 2 eat meat try beans (most kinds) kidney beans, baked beans, lentils etc & of course look for other protein sources (preferably not tablet)

but keep on eating fruit & veg, they're still decet things 2 try...

so basically you'll not get far if you lif weights on your current diet plan, you'll just get tired very quickly & its not the best thing 2do anyway

I think you need calories to build muscle. So tons of food. As for no meat...Gorillas are pretty big and they are veggie and fruit lovers.
