Do some exercises and have someone massage them. Try 25 reps side to side, 25 reps in and out and 25 reps circulating the ankle. Also warm moist heat from a towel, if possible will give that pain some relief. Also, you should always seek a doctor to see if there is something happening with your circulation. Feet and teeth gives you warnings about existing problems. Do not play with this problem.
try to recline with the legs lifted up above the heart. One thing is certain, good shoes do the most help before a foot problem becomes unbearable. Good socks are not even considered by most people but there are socks at medical supplies selling for more $20.00 a pair This answer is not short and sweet but I know that doing some of thes things will help.

Hot water with a pinch of sea salt, let your sore feet soak in a little while, and pet dry, before you go to sleep, you can put some leg soothing gel (just evenly massage your from your feet upwards to shank) and then let your shank up lift on your pillow (if you have more than one!) And have your nice sleep. If not, that may cause your lower leg got cramp due to exhausted exercises!

Ice bath and elevation. A nice foot massage with a cooling gel works wonders.
