Various different people, one that I know of for sure, used my name in order to be accepted in the hospital ,someone else used it to finance their education. I am being apprroached by attorneys saying if I do not pay I will be taken to court Do I call the local police dept and tell them or do I call someone else? If I call the police I am sure they can tell me who to call.

You need to file a police report, now....Also tell the credit people that are after you that its not you who did this and file fraud report with them...Heck this happened to me and it takes a long time to get these thing of your report....

call the police and file a report with them. give them the information you have, and keep a copy for yourself. tell the police you want to charge them. then forward the police report number to the people that are brothering you with this and be patient, it will work out in your favor....
