Ok, so here is the deal. I live in Oklahoma....and it blows. Anyone have any tips on how to break the boredom?

I live in Oklahoma too and I love it. I moved here a year ago from Colorado and was very sad to not see any mountains or have any snow for winter. What a drag I thought. But I DID find things I liked. The greenness around here is beautiful. The horses and cows are a great thing for my kids and I to count as we drive by and try to moo at. OK you might be a kid too, lol. There are some great skate parks here. Some in OKC, Edmond, Norman, and another one far away I think Tulsa, a few of them there. There are tons of things to do out doors if you like that sort of thing. I know the allergies stink here! :)
Also, do you belong to a church? They can help you in more ways then one. Pray also!

If you are bored it is because you haven't learned to enjoy you. Explore you. You might be surprised how much you can find to do to relieve your boredom.

Your missing a lot being stuck in one place,get out and see what's going on in other places.Once you do this,you will find something better, or that place want seem so bad ,when you return.
