1. limit the carbs (easiest way to keep the pounds down).
2. Drink 10-12 glasses of water each day (water aids in the burning of fat and wrinkles fade away also)
3. Cardio, get a good and consistent cardio work out going. There is no faster way to trim down. Keep it up for a longer period (six months) and you'll have the heart of a horse.
try to keep the basic nutritional necessities going as well. Plenty of fruits and vegetables, fiber and protien. Make sure you're getting a little vitamin D (sunshine) also "D" helps in general health and also helps your body absorb calcium.
The key is consistency. If you do this and you're consistent with it you will notice a remarkable change, people will stop you and tell you how good you look. You will feel great. It takes 21 days of discipline to create a new habit. If you can last 21 days without cheating, you're a machine and on your way to a life change.
Don't forget the water spread out through out the day, this speeds things up big time and is an extremely important and healthy component.

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss. Weight Watchers is good. The only reason I didn't stick to it was because my life became extremely stressful. But WW was really good for me when I was on it.
