you need to see a therapist about those things...it sounds like it's a mixed emotions kind of thing and you need to get it taken care of...i once knew someone like you who would be driving along, for instance, and would all of a sudden wonder what would happen if she were to go head on with the semi truck.. and she would do it unless she called someone and got her to talk her out of it. i don't know what makes people think those thoughts but you should see someone about them because you sound like a danger to yourself and maybe a danger to others. right now it seems you have the thoughts but you don't act on them..yet...so you need to get help before you start acting on them

You should get to the bottom of what is causing you to have destructive and abusive behavior. You sound like a young person, if you are old enough to talk to a therapist I would suggest you see one. If you are still too young get an adult or guardian to seek help for you. There is no such thing as a happy drunk. After the drunk feeling goes away, you still have you to deal with. Its possible that you are trying to escape some kind of life's trials. There really is no escaping; you need some better ways to cope with your frustrations and abusive behavior. there is good people out there who care and will help you.

I find that when my focus is completely on myself....I tend to end up going to dark places like the ones you have described. Yet by focusing on others family Friends church group of guy friends, I tend not to go to such places as I wouldn't want them to be there with me...and I end up thinking of ways to help them....which helps me.

Just asking the question is a great start. I think that i would speak to someone tho...a pastor or a really close friend that you can confide in and not do anything really dangerous w/out first running it by them. Maybe get them to go with you to the Dr or pastor so your not alone....the alone part is where we all need the most help. Your not alone in that my friend.

Good luck and please seek good company

God Bless

I'd suggest sharing these situations with a licensed mental health evaluator for the safety of yourself and those around you. If the doctor decides it's nothing to be worried about, then that's a load off of your mind as well.

I think you need to get real with yourself and figure out why you would want to die. Is life that bad? Is there nothing good to live for? Happiness is a choice.

You do need to talk about this with someone who can guide you through what ever is going on......Not eating all day could have a little to do with your aggravation. Your blood sugar is probably pretty low.

Maybe you should see a doctor about this. Your life is too important to guess at these things.
