Go to your local police station. Give them your name and the date the accident occured. Any details will help. If police were dispatched to the scene, they had to write a report. If this accident happened yesterday, they may not have put the report together yet.

If there were officers and fire personel on the scene of your accident then there is a paper trail somewhere. They may not have taken a "report" but there will be a record of the event of your accident. Go down to the station and ask them if there is a record. Be specific about the date, time, and nature of the accident, as well as why you need a "report". If it is just for insurance, than have your ins co figure it out, that is why you pay them all that money.

If the police were called and were on the scene, most likely a report was written. And the fire department would have to write a report.
It may be merely an incident card not a formal report.
You will also have the 911 call info
And if this is going to court, you can get the officers who was on the scene to testify also

First, I can't believe police and fire were on scene and there was not a report taken.
Second, if there is no report, there is no information to give you.

who got the ticket. and there is a log on every call that is answered by police or fire.you have the date,time, place and names.call and ask who do you need to speck to about it go up the ladder.you will get a answer.
