try moving. exercise does wonders. 15 minutes a day 5 days a week at least sit ups push ups squats no weights needed, start with 25 each and work your way up to where ever you want to stop. 50 a day 5 days a week is pretty helpful. for real looks work up to 100 of each a day 5 days a week. in semipro wrestling we do 100 of each and run 1 mile a day.
