He the least romantic man on earth. He thinks that as long as he's around and takes cares of the bills it's ok. should I cheat?

Well if you're married to him, I don't think you should cheat. If you really are concerned about this, then you should sit down with your husband and tell him how you feel about his feelings and actions towards you. Paying bills isn't the only thing involved in a good marriage; and if he starts fighting and making problems, you should divorce him and find another guy. (if this is really bothering you.).
If this guy is you're bf, by all means break it off with him. The point of having a bf is to have a loving companion to take the place as a best friend and a dream guy; so dump him.

To put fire in a relationship you need ALOT of romance!
If someone does not mention they love you, or remembers your birthday, it just shows that the person is more interested in their job then they are on you!
Every relationship needs romance to keep it healthy. He is thinking just because he works its a guarantee that your staying home.
Cheating? Are you going nuts?
- Would you like him cheating on someone else while your at home?
I don't think so, please discuss it with him what is making you sad, and if its not working you two should start going separate ways.
Don't stay with him just for the money, and cheat on him, that is unfair to him, even though he is not paying attention to you.

There is a lack of caring for you that you obviously need and desire. You should end the relationship before you get with another man. Cheating with only make things more complicated.

Don't cheat. You'll feel worse off. You'll let your guilt justify putting up with him.
If you can't take it anymore, drop him.
A guy who's so stingy with the three little words can't be that good a catch.

nothing, because guys are like that, they are forgetful the only way my ex remembered my b-day was because we had the same b-day. Guys are wierd like that try no to let it bother u or else ur gonna blow up in his face.

If you're married to him then talk to him about how you feel, and if he won't listen, then suggest counseling. If he's just your boyfriend GET THE HECK OUT OF DODGE. You don't need that crap from anyone!
