I am looking for the correct literal translation of "hum" in Hindi, Punjabi etc. Hum Hum Brahmn Hum. Not the idea what it actually means.
Thanks,
Daya

Hum translates exactly to "We". Brahma is "god (creator)" or God in general. However the sentence is not complete and there is an element or word missing.

My guess - it is just an educated guess- that you are referring to the Hindi or Punjabi translation of "Aham Bramha" in Sanskrit which loosely translated means that there is divinity in me.

Daya, Hope this helps.
