I ride the subway to work everyday, and sometimes I come accross a super hot babe... The subway is a weird place to start a chat, but usually it's on the way to work or coming home from work; so they're either reading or just listening to their I-pod... I want to be ready the next time I see a girl on the train...
What do you think I should say?

To break the ice ask her for the time if she has a watch, smile of course nicely don't stare it freaks girls out I know I am one. Ask about the book she's reading or the I pod tunes she's into or how to download them even if you know play dumb. Pretend you are buying a gift for a female friend and you like her outfit,watch or some other she will be flattered you like her taste. Any of these things work with me it will work with her but if she says no or get lost she has her reasons don't force it.
Ask her if she would like to go for a coffee or something to discuss the above subjects be friends first she'll come around if she likes you.
Just be yourself but take it easy don't bother with corny lines or chat up lines only drunk women might go for that if that, these days it doesn't work just being friendly is enough.

Comment on something she might be reading or listening to. Then after she answers continue with small talk. Ask her where she's going or where she's coming from. This worked for me lots of times on the train.

Next time you see her, follow her home. Make sure you are at least 20 feet behind her. If she looks back, pretend like you are looking at something else or reading a newspaper. If you keeping doing this, she will probably say something to you first.
