halloween is coming and yeah...i kinda have a little belly, but whats the best way to flatten out your stomach without such a horrible diet(cuz i love to eat) and no pushups.

Well o think sit ups and crunches would reallyy help you can do things like a bridge if u can i always do those and it helps your stomach
if your flexible it really helps because you can do things for your stomach my kicking up high, bridges and more

you can try running or if you want jogging

high knees help

you can also try sports
its good to be athletic

and you can still eat just don't eat too much
but also try looking at things that say low fat
or no sugar added

they actually taste reall good

and fruits taste good too

or salads just put some fat free dressing


u don't need push ups they don't help your stomach more like your upper body (arms)

from 2day til halloween u have 21 days to lose dat belly so for this week do sit-ups at least 10 and next week do 5 crutches and 5 sit-ups the week before Halloween eat a salad on Monday and Wednesday so u won't excersise and Friday do 10 sit-ups and 5 crutches, saturday eat a salad with low calorie dressin and Sunday sit ups, jogg and Moday do 4 situps, jog around ur blosk early before ya go to skool, drink water in the morning come back home get ready for wat eva and before ya go trick-or-treatin do 2 major sit-ups

if only jus try dieting it doesnt work u jus hav try to diet and do crunches and sit ups do it like 20 times or more b4 u go to bed everyday

take a jog daily, maybe half an hour, it will do the trick
