Did you violate a traffic violation? If you did you have no case. As soon as the prosecutor puts you on the stand his first question to you will be, "Did you run the red light?". If you answer thruthfully that you did, then you are guilty period, no explanation is going to change that.

If you are saying that you did not violate a traffic violation then yes plead Not Guilty, then when you get on the stand you tell the truth.

what does two cars ahead of you have to do with you entering the light either after it turned yellow ( yes that is running the light)

The officer would be a newer officer and she would have had a senior officer who is in charge of her training with her
(who was also a witness against you)

She was telling you if her supervisor was not with her, she would have let you off with a warning, but since her boss was there she was required to write you a ticket.

So obviously you did run the light, since if you had not, the supervisor would not had allowed you to be written up.

Your explanation of the violation is useless. There is no way to give a good answer. Sorry.

What's the worse that could happen? Points on your license and a fine.
