I just recently got a job where I do a lot of manual labor as well as a lot of walking back and fourth. Because of this I have some blisters on my feet and on the palm of my hands from the leather gloves that I have to wear. They're not too bad right now but I'm afraid they will get worse.

LEAVE THEM BE!! DON'T POP THEM!!! popping them only increases your risk of a bacterial infection like gangrene or flesh eating disease so don't pop them. What you need to do to help your blisters heal is soak them in warm epsom salt and them cover them with moleskin to help them heal. The blisters are probably because of the shoes you wear. so if you can afford it get some better more comfortable shoes.
