Vitamin A is fat soluble which means if you eat something rich in Vitamin A your body is able to store it for a long time. This also means that assuming you're eating a fairly balanced diet, it is a nutrient you don't generally have to worry about getting enough of. In fact, it is possible to get too much. Vitamin A is found in plant and animal sources and in the US it is added to most milks.

The main thing is to be healthy, so if you are going to diet do it in a healthy way, Ok?

Try a juice based diet - there's more information at the website below. You will be guaranteed to lose weight, and have better skin, more energy, etc.

For Vitamin A - most multivitamins have a full day's worth, I would take one daily and you should be covered.
