Look man it all sounds great, But it aint.
look, Everybody who i know including myself desires some hot chick they know that has a boyfriend or is engaged or whatever.
Basically what you would do is interfere with the two of them, Man you can't do that.
If you tell her anything have it be like, Hey i consider you my best friend, or something like that.
Don;t say that it hurts you guys are going out, What is she to dump him for you, Probably won't happen. If you say your shoulder is always there, that is probably okay.
How about this bud. they'll either break up eventually or get married, It'll be one or the other,

Okay i'm 17 and i get where your coming from umm well U are good to put that you want the best for her, then she knows you care and don't just want it from her. I think you shouldn't put you love her some much in the note cause its kinda saying ur obssesed with her and u don't want that say in 2 or3times

that was nice honesty is the best so tell her how you feel. its a different story for them to accept your love you will hit some you will miss some even if you look like a dork saying it at least your honest.

i would not exactly tell her you love her, because things may get akward, and she may not want to be with you anymore. Try being there as a friend and be the shoulder to cry on any way eventually if she splits her other boyfriend she could come to you

its all right, not great! she is with someone else coz she cares about him, i guess....try to add something else to it, like what could you give her that he cannot...you gotta make her heart melt and make sure it leaves a big impression on her, something that'll make her think about you...
