It sounds like it could be somewhere in your right frontal lobe (or motor cortex or someplace similar to that) but the place that hurts doesn't in fact mean that there is something wrong with the BRAIN in that area. Oddly enough, the brain has no pain sensation of its own, and so the pain is quite possibly coming from one of the other structures there.

If it is on your skin and you have a burning blistery rash - get to your doctor QUICK to get some acyclovir or something for SHINGLES

If it is deeper in then you might have

broken a bone or developed a bruise - if you have sustained head trauma

sinusitis of the frontal sinus

one of the possible headaches behind the eye: cluster headaches, orbital cellulitis - see a doctor for these

a dehydration headache or migraine (blood vessels in spasm)

IF YOU ARE UNWELL WITH THIS - WITH A FEVER, GO TO THE HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM. It could be sinusitis or tonsillitis, but it could also be meningitis.

So ...

drink plenty of fluids - about 8 - 10 glasses of fluid gradually over the course of the day

take your ibuprofen - some people find aspirin to be better

see if you can get hold of some prochlorperazine ("Stemetil") or perhaps some promethazine ("Phenergan") which can be of some help sometimes.

It sounds like a migraine headache. You could try Excedrin as an OTC choice along with HeadOn. Also you could try putting your feet in warm water & a cool/cold cloth on your forehead. If nothing above helps see a dr to discuss the possible need for a migraine med prescription. Good Luck

You probably have a plain, old headache. Take some Tylenol with plenty of water and lay in bed with your eyes closed for a while. See if that helps. If it gets worse, then contact a doctor. Good luck, I'll be thinking about you and hoping you get better.

If the pain is severe, go to the hospital. If it is just annoying, call the doctor in the morning. This is not something you want to play around with. It could be a pre-cursor to a stroke.

Some things you should tell your doctor about:
1. sensitivity to light
2. nausia
3. dizzyness
4. difficulty with fine motor movement (typing or writing)

I think that's the part that determines if you have downs syndrome. Are your eyes getting far apart and kind of chinese-ish?
