he is a 5 years old king sapaniels, and some days he feels very sexual excitated and starts wrestling his towels but he really makes strenght because he bites a piece of it, until he rips it off

Don't worry about it, but get the towel spayed so you don't end up with some kind of mutant bastard terrycloth puppies. OMG I just figured out where stuffed toys come from!!

If he is just wrestling, it isnt a sexual thing, it is playing. If he is humping the towels that is different. Has he been de-sexed?

He is dominating the towel. My dog did this and still does you just have to discipline them until he doesn't do that anymore. Plus it probably does that because he/she isn't fixed.

hes dominating the towel. take away the towel and the behavior disappears. my lab does this with his bear, i take it away from him
when he starts and the problem is solved.
