ummm.. Fish (ie. swimming creatures of the sea) that is fresh (ie. Not old and stinky)

Well its one of two things. (1) It's either fish that is fresh or (2) its soldiers who are regarded as expendable in the face of artillery fire.

By the way, I didnt copy JCOL's answer. I looked it up on dictionary.com and we just happened to have the same answer.

For me, one that I caught lol. Actually, fresh would be as opposed to frozen, or precooked. If the fish is whole, look for clear eyes, and a clean, not a "fishy" smell. Filets, or head-off, trust your nose.

Eyes that are clear and not sunken in, a fesh water or ocean scent, pink gills, glossy scales, and flesh that is firm/springs back when touched. Everything ServSafe said, and I passed ServSafe thanks.
