What I did... I bought a frost kit, ultimate blonde ... and did every circle in the cap. You can choose the amount of hair that you want to pull through each hole, so you could have wide strips or thin strips of blonde. And... my hair was brown... now it's as blonde as can be without the dye. I bought it at WalMart, fair price too... and my hair is long, one box worked. Good luck, hope this helps!

You need to get some peroxide and put into your hair make sure it is wet, and wrap your hair in a older towel and let in soak in for about 30 minutes and it will lighten you hair!! Good Luck!!!

If you want it really Blonde a bottle of bleach will go a long way. Might turn it a hint of green tho!!

you cant u need hair bleach.don't waste your time with the peroxide and lemon.that is only if you go out in the sun and then will only change a couple shades.so sorry to say there isn't a way unless you have hair bleach and developer.is the drug store still open?

bleach and 40 volume peroxide
by the way,hair bleach NOT the whitening your shirts kind(same thing for the peroxide)
also if you have the time and money id say get it professionally done.

Do you bleach blonde? if so there is no way. Unless you buy a wig.
