I like to eat cereal as a snack, not as in pouring the cereal into a bowl with milk but munching on it, like Quaker Oats Bran Squares. They are super healthy and taste great!

well, not to be a smart ***, but cereal is a good one. There are plenty of healthy cereals out there, my fav being Special K.

What about chocolate milk? Or getting those powders like Ovaltine or Carnation instant breakfast? Kinda like a milkshake, but alot healthier.

I'm sorry, but cookies are by far the best compliment to milk. There are reduced fat cookies, but the best thing to do is go ahead and eat the regular good kind, but stop yourself after one or two.....don't eat the whole row ;)

while i'm working previous due for some thing (college, Basketball activity) I continuously get a bag and fill it with cereal. it truly is a great snack- each so often I in basic terms have it while i'm hungry. the main suitable ones to me (i've got tried tremendously much all those often happening ones) Is Fruitloops fortunate Charms Frosted Flakes. The worst are those Cocoa Pebbles, Fruity Pebbles, and Cupcake pebbles. have you ever tried it with some MNMS or some thing thrown in? <3

Apple slices with a low fat carmel dip! Yummy!!!
Apples don't have any fat, and are low calorie, and they are good for you. Warm the carmel in the microwave for a few seconds.
I love it!!
Make sure you buy your own apples in the store. It's a lot cheaper than the crap they have at McD's.

Berries! Whip them up in your blender with your milk, maybe a teeny bit of honey if you need something a little sweeter. Yum! I think I'll go make one right now . . .
