can anyone tell me?

I use to work in a coffee shop in Az. When i worked there i had to know how much calories was in every drink.I was told that black coffee has nothing its what you put in it that counts well if you put sugar or milk it really depends on what you put in it,

I don't think there are any calories. If there are any is a very small amount. I use a diet tracking system online called fitday.com and they have espresso 1oz at 3 calories. I am guessing coffe would be around the same amount. I think it is so low cal that you don't have to worry about how many calories are there.

Just don't drink 50 cups day or some crazy amount like that. I heard about someone getting caffinee allergies from doing that. She can't drink coffee have cola or chocolate now.

A cup of black coffee contains no calories .Load it with sugar, whipped cream, etc and you can really build it up.

i believe 5 in an 8 oz cup (black). If you add cream, milk, sugar, ect, you, of course, are going to have more calories.

It depends how it's made, and what's been added (sugar and cream add a TON!)

30 cal. per teaspoon of sugar
??cal and fat for cream
