I saw her 2 nights ago. She was working another section, but she walked past my table several times. I was with my parents and was not able to talk to her that night. I do not want to stalk to restaurant, but I don't eat there often and would like to take my chances and see if I don't get shot down.

Go back to the restaurant and see if you can spot her. You may have to sit at the bar at first.
Than ask for a table in her section.
Waitresses are always friendly when they serve you so that is the best way to start a conversation.
If you see she likes you ask her out. If you are not sure you will now have her name and can ask for her section again.

Waitresses NEVER respect a guy that asks then out while working, but if that doesnt bother you..... Heres what you do..... sit in her section and leave her your phone number.... she likes the looks of you, she will call. BUT then if she did could you really respect her? Now you are lonely because you dont have enough social outlets.... hitting on waitresses is one step away from hitting on the barmaid. (ack!) Good luck, you sound like a really nice guy.

Chili's eh.. well thats easy go up to her on one knee put one hand over your heart and then start singing " CHILIL'S BABY BACK RIBS" (I WANT MY BABY BACK).. no but seriously it depends on how old she is if you think you gotta shot, then go up to her ask if she has an email adress then if she says yes then say can u write it down.. if she feels to give u a chance she'll write it down then ask can you also write down your number too... and the rest is history..

The next time you and a friend are there eating, sit in her section. When you go to give her the tip, say,"oh, and here's my number too so you can call me sometime." =) And smile at her!! If she calls, she calls. If she don't, you'll find lots of other cute girls out there to give your number to!!! Good luck!!

Go there by yourself the next time you go and ask her if she wouldn't mind sitting with you for a second. Talk to her and ask for her number.

Go up to her and say, "Is it the pepper in my eye or are you BURNIN'??"
Then again, don't say that...just go up, strike up a conversation...then go. come back a couple more times as a friendly visit then make the move. But don't use the pickup line...

walk up to her and intro. yourself and tell her your interested in her and be a big boy about it!! if you get shot down, don't cry, theres thousands of chilis and millions of waitresses

Grab a friend and go there. When it's time to give the tip, go up to her hand it to her along with a paper with your name/phone number.
If she calls, she calls.
If she doesn't, don't go there again.

You could go back and say "I think I forgot to give you this tip." That'll get her interest. Then you could give her your phone number.
