GO DOWN TO THE ICON AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT THAT LOOKS LIKE A SPEAKER CLICK ON IT AND IT WILL COME UP SOMETIMES FOR SOME REASON THE CONTROLS GET MUTED OR VOLUME LEVEL IS DOWN THIS WILL FIX YOUR SOUND

Hardware
Device Driver
scroll down, right-click on audio
select properties
Are they working properly?
