3 weeks ago my mouth was really swore so i looked at the part of the mouth that was swore and i saw like a white spot. 1 week later it was gone and then a couple days later my mouth was swore again so I looked at the part that was swore and there was another white spot but i thought i would look at the other spot and it was gone. 1 week after that the swore in my mouth was gone and the white spot was gone and now it just came back and its in the front of my mouth and it hurts like hell. Do you know what the cause of this could be?

My guess is that it is a canker sore. They are miserable. I used to get them as a kid and young adult. They aren't contagious. I don't think anyone knows for sure what causes them. Stress, poor eating habits, vitamin deficiencies are a few of the theories. My husband had one a few years ago and we found a product called Ulcer Ease helped. Swishing Maalox or milk of magnesia or even milk in a pinch can make it feel better until it disappears. Hope this helps.

Have you been eating alot of something you don't usually eat. This could be causing your sores to crop up so much. When you get one dissolve salt in a small glass of water & swish it around in your mouth for awhile. It'll help dry it up. Hope you feel better.

sounds like aphthous ulcers (canker sores). they hurt because you're losing the skin and exposing nerve endings in the lower tissue layers. make sure you're getting your vitamins (certain vitamin deficiencies can make them more frequent & worse, try taking a daily multivitamin like centrum), and try treating the sores with orabase, an over-the-counter superglue-like liquid that forms a fake layer of skin on the SORE while it heals.

maybe it could be herpes simplex type 1, who normally people have. its dormant in yor nerves and eventually awake when youare a little down with your inmune system, like after a cold, stress, any disease, etc.
if it continues bottering you maybe need to see a doctor, otherwise drink lots of vit c (like orange juice)

sounds like a canker sore, or something. i would suggest seeing ur doctor and/or ur dentist. Without seeing the "spot", no one can tell u what it is.
