I don't recall anyone giving the indians their "papers" or any of them taking a "citizenship" test.

Ok, I think some of you misunderstood my question. I was talking about eveyone who came to america presenting papers and passing a citizenship test, not the indians.

Nice try, but you're wrong.

See, the native Americans did not have a constitution that had rules about who could enter their country and how.

The people that came over on the Mayflower were not criminals. They were well-educated and financially stable. They worked the land and fed themselves. They made their own clothes. They did not come and steal everything from the natives.

There is no moral equivalence. Go to the library and find out the facts before making such a statement.

Indians were ceded lands by those who conquerred them. The original colonists were given land by the king of England whom they rebelled against and took those lands for themselves. The French and Spanish in America were granted citizenship when Colonial America purchase Louisaiana. Every other US citizen was naturalized leagally.
Mexicans are perfectly legal in Mexico, the country of their origen and nationality. America is where Americans are legal. It's not terribly complex

the indians were here before americans even got here, dimwit! the mexicans are crossing our borders. also we were incredibly despicable squeezing the indians into small reservations even though they were here first. if you have problems with indians being here think about it if somebody walked into you house and made you and yours live in the garage. now they want to make you clean there house for them just to live. personally i think the indians have more right to america than the americans do.

native Americans don't need any papers to be here. they was here before any one was. why don't you go to a reservation and ask them the same thing. and let us know how you made it out of there. ha, we probably wont hear from you again if you went. hurry up and leave and go to where you want to go to. at least there your ignorance to history will be legit.

That's pure RUBBISH. America has laws. Should a rapist who is Indian go free, simply because the current laws do not apply

The answer to your question is, of course, false. The answer to my question (below) is true.

Question: Is anyone who insists on using this worn out arguement an ill-informed (should read IGNORANT) idiot?
Answer: See above.
