You don't have to starve yourself, but you do need to eat less fat and sugar and drink more water.
Do 20+ minutes of cardio before breakfast every morning (any exercise that raises your heart rate will do).
Be consistent and 7 pounds will be gone in no time.

not eating will be worse for you than anything. make sure you eat 3 meals a day with 2 snacks. Make your portions much smaller and make sure you eat a protien and veggies - the green ones and friut as your snacks. you can have egg whites for breakfast or oatmeal... lunch a piece of chicken and brocoli. dinner turkey and esparagus... mix it up. 30 minutes of cardio a day. try a appetite supressent as well... drinks lots of water too

You are already on the skinny side for you height!..What is 5 pounds gonna do anyways?

But, you could try a green tea or diuretic to flush some water out if you so need to. (it would be water that you loose by the way..and it would be temporary)
