Or are they muslims, or jews, or atheists, or wiccans, or buddhists, or hindus, and at what point did they decide which religion to belong to? If they all go to heaven, doesn't that imply that there is only one God, one religion?

Yep, you are so accurate. There is only One God !!! All little children, babies, will go to Heaven. Suffer Not The Little Children, to Come Unto Me, for Such is the Kingdom of Heaven. People all over the world worship in their own ways. But I hope they all Pray to the one and only God. We should NOT pick on different religions on how they worship, as long as it is to the one true God. Good Question. You get an A+.

Reb,

Yes there is only one GOD, and eventually humans will not require the religious apparatus needed to mentally commune with GOD. For now, 2006, we need the focusing tools religion teach us.
Every soul of children are innocent, and go to heaven, because free will has not kicked in, (age of reason around 12 yrs old; adulthood has not occurred yet.) GOD will never abandon any of them to a holding area waiting for what? So to think that GOD would is wrong. The famous "original sin" is of human making, so again all children (babies) go to heaven.
Children usually belong to their parents/family religion.
When a persons free will kicks in (after a period of adjustment to being an adult, that's when the person MAY feel a call to one religion over another, (or a call to no religion is possible too)
This is why the age of reason and free will has ceremonies in many parts of the world - something important is happening to the child, they are LEAVING the world of the child behind, and they are entering a phase of their life where they are needed part of the community, (warrior, insert adult job here ________.), as an adult.

Actually I believe aborted children most often go on to reincarnate. They may often be the ones who are pro-life having deeply hidden memories that manifest in such beliefs.

Not all Pro-lifers are Christians just as not all Christians are pro life. This is a stereotype that needs undoing.

Check out this site that gives an overview of diversity within the pro-life movement.

We become human the moment we are conceived. There is no "mass of tissue", it is something pro choice use to ease a guilty conscience of having killed a pre born baby.

Psalms 139

13 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.
14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
15 My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
16 Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.
17 How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!
18 If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.

I do believe that because of their innocence, even those who have been aborted will go to heaven.

Remember, someone dies for every abortion. Some of those who are in Shattered Men are both men and women who have had their "baby" aborted and they regret it. Some have been having difficulty forgiving themselves and they think of what their child would have been like everything they see children about the age theirs would have been.

Still, God can and does forgive those who have had an abortion...if they ask.

Yes you are correct, there is only one God. Religion, however, is man made. Babies are not of any particular faith or religion. They are all in Heaven though as Jesus Christ will not let a little one suffer.

There IS only one true God, babies that were never birthed have no belief system, and Kelly T. is correct--aborted babies go to Heaven automatically. And all babies have a soul from the moment of conception.

Aborted babies are loved children of God. They were given their water baptism but the hand of Satan is in the world and some mother killed them. This is murder and carries a death penalty.
Yes there is only one God. No there is many religions.

I would say they are a "agnostic" simply cause they have not been able to decide which religion is correct for them. To be an "atheist" they would have to believe there is no god, to be any other religion they would have to believe in god or who ever those religions choose to worship. Since they can't do that they would have to be "agnostic".

It's ridiculous to say that a baby is a Christian, or a Republican, or a liberal, or a football fan, or anything else that requires an informed decision.

The same thing is true of young children who are paraded around at church and made to perform for their parents and the parent's church friends.

For gosh sakes, show some respect to children and don't try to define them before they understand what you're talking about.

And don't worry about whether they are going to go to Heaven or Hell, because those places don't exist.

Aborted babies are the same as any child who dies before the "age of reason". They automatically go to heaven, because they were never given the CHANCE to choose a religion.
The rest of us have a choice.
