In most Bible verses in the Book of Isaiah 14. "Light bearer" is written as "Morning star". In Latin Vulgate and King James Bible, it simply calls "Lucifer" and In the Good New Bible they wrote it as King of Babylon to really deviate from the popular word "Morning Star" because that was claimed by someone in Rev.22:16.
To be called God's angel is either you really are one of His angels that constantly serve Him and/or acts on His behalf as His messenger. Like the angel that wrestled with Jacob, the angel that showed himself to Mary and Joseph, or the Archangel that did battle against Satan. Another angel could be a man whom God is so pleased to have been given an assignment on earth for His purpose at which He also both calls His son. like Adam, King David and Jesus.
In the case of Lucifer, if you will keep reading Isaiah down to 14:17 you will find that he is not described as an angel but as a man. We just have been deceived to look at Lucifer as a fallen angel in order for us not to see who really is Lucifer or the Morning star.
