People who are sedated generally do not have the mental capacity to lie, however, they also get confused easily. They will answer the question that they hear which may not be the question you asked. You really can't put a whole lot of faith on anything a person says when they are sedated.

I would say probaly not.When you are under anestesia you are very tired,confused and talk nonsence.

I'll let you know when I try. Then again, I'm such a liar that I'd tell you I'm telling the truth while under anaesthesia even if I were lying. =)
