How old are you? Have you recently started taking birth-control pills? When was the last time you had an eye exam or went to the dentist? Are you sleeping well? Have you seen a physician? Your description is too vague to make a cursory guess and diagnosis. I would suggest you see a doctor and have a check up. It could be high blood pressure or any of many things. Please seek professional help!

You don't indicate whether you are referring to a headache or just a head that hurts... In either case you may find some surprises if you just examine yourself in the mirror.. Note which way your head tends to lean.... which shoulder appears longer than the other.......... lots of indicators to look for.. just to keep your head directly above your feet.
When you have this much distortion of the body, there are muscles working to keep you upright.. the ones doing the most work will put a lot of tension on the attachment to the bones.. In this instance, the skull would be the one predominant.
This discrepancy can be located simply, by pressing at the base of the skull and noting which side is the most sensitive to that pressure.

Check for the following: Gunshot wound, stab wound, foreign object, ie. hammer, samari sword, fishing lures, (or regular fishing hooks), tire iron (foreign or domestic) staples, surgical scars, (might have had something put in or taken out). Now less obvious signs, are you an alcoholic? is your husband slowly trying to poison you, have you ever awakened with your face frozen to a train track... I hope I could be of some help. Maybe go to a doctor to rule out brain tumor, aneurysm, subdural hematoma, or some other organic problems. and take an aspirin. good luck

Have you had a medical check-up lately?
Might be time to do it.
Or: Read a positive book on your favourite subject just before you hit the pillow....and dream about that all night.
Good Luck!

Where does it hurt? When does it hurt?
Maybe you need glasses?
Maybe you are in a city and sensitive to pollution?
Maybe you are getting your period?
