I suggest all natural Shaklee vitamins and supplements. You will find a vitamin/supplement to fit all your needs - men, women and children. Their multi provides 23 essential vitamins and minerals at clinically proven levels. Plus, the patented Bioactivated Absorption System ensures enhanced absorption of folic acid, a critical component of complete nutrition. They don't skimp on the expensive ingredients and they don't use fillers or artificial additives. Literally hundreds of tests are performed on all their raw materials to ensure the highest quality, purity, and effectiveness.

Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions.

If you have a local Wal-Mart try
One Source Complete Women's Multi Vit./Multi Mineral
The other is I believe One Source Active Multi Vit./Multi Mineral (this one my husband takes, but he is out & I am sorry but I don't have the empty bottle)
My husband said these are ALL the vitamins & minerals a person needs with a good balanced diet. Many people think that the more suppliments they take the better off they are...
WRONG!!! Most of the time you are over supplimenting which can cause build -up & none of them are working, cancelling each other out. Too much of some can be toxic!!! & too much vitamin c can cause kidney stones. My husband is a surgeon, so I trust his judgement on this type of thing especially.
Just my opinion though......

cut out the meat! I'm not a veggie myself, but get your protein from drinks so that the density of the meat doesn't slow the blood flow in the body so much (less tired).veggies and fruit digest much easier! You will get all the vitamins you need by using this!

Try taking one a day weight smart. Even if you aren't controlling weight, there is green tea in it. Green tea has great antioxidants that will make you have a bit more energy and feel better in general. Both of you should probably drink green tea in general, too.

I like liquid vitamins..They seem to work best for me. They are a little more expensive but well worth it!
